Kevin Na debuts reintroduced IZOD G label
Jensan Apparel Corporation, licensee of the IZOD G brand owned by Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, announced a three year agreement with PGA Tour player Kevin Na, commencing immediately. Na will debut the reintroduced IZOD G label at the Masters Tournament, which began April 5 at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Kevin Na earned nine Top 10 finishes in 2009, including two third-place and three fifth-place finishes, and ended the year ranked #19 on the PGA Tour Money List. Projected as the next young Tour winner by many golf writers, Na has earned a spot in the Masters, US and British Open for the 2010 season. "In addition to ambition and style, Kevin values loyalty and hard work, exemplifying the principles by which our IZOD G team operates," asserted Steven Banks, CEO of Jensan Apparel. "Kevin`s fresh look and sincerity synchronizes effectively with the foundation IZOD G is built upon. This partnership reinforces our commitment to the golf world, culminating in elevating the standards which future golf affiliations will be determined," he added. The new IZOD G collection arrives in stores for Fall 2010 and will be sold in green grass shops; sporting goods stores; and specialty stores. IZOD G apparel will be distributed in the United States, its territories and possessions, as well as Canada. "I could not be more excited about my association with the IZOD G brand, as the new direction of the brand and the quality and youthful style of the apparel produced under it, are a perfect fit for me - both on and off the course," says Na. The IZOD G trademark is owned by Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation and licensed to Jensan Apparel Corporation for a full range of golfwear for men, women and children. IZOD, one of the United States` best-known and best-selling apparel brands, is known for its sport-inspired, clean designs and colorful product lines.
