Luxottica renews Anne Klein deal with Jones

Luxottica Group S.p.A. a leader in premium fashion, luxury and sports eyewear, announced a three year renewal of its exclusive license agreement with Jones Apparel Group for the design, production and global distribution of prescription frames and sunglasses under the Anne Klein New York brand. The new agreement, which is substantially unchanged from the previous agreement, extends the license through December 2012, with a provision for a further renewal. Luxottica Group is a leader in premium fashion, luxury and sports eyewear, with over 6,200 optical and sun retail stores in North America, Asia-Pacific, China, South Africa and Europe and a strong and well-balanced brand portfolio.
